Sterling Energy, an upstream oil and gas company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange announces its intention to change its name to Afentra plc and adopt new articles of association. The proposed change of name and new articles requires shareholder approval via special resolution which is being sought at a General Meeting of the Company to be held at 11 a.m. on 30 April 2021.
