Olga Rybachuk has joined the Elementum Energy team as Chief Financial Officer based in Kyiv, Ukraine. She will oversee all finance functions including reporting and controlling.
Olga brings broad financial leadership experience to Elementum which she gained as the CFO of Delta Wilmar, an international agriculture and food processing company, where she managed both the finance and IT functions. A graduate of Kyiv National Trade & Economic University with a M.Sc. in Finance, Olga began her finance career in 2008 with Bank Forum Commerzbank Group and then progressed through finance roles of increasing responsibility at international grain and oilseeds traders and agriculture production companies.
