Research results from independent company, Kimberlite International Oilfield Research, into the performance of seismic processing companies are out, fresh from the oven!

The 2021 study was conducted through 151 in-depth interviews with key decision makers from leading global oil and gas companies who commission seismic data processing services to support exploration, development and production operations. 

It aimed to gauge seismic data processing supplier image, market share, performance and pricing on a global and regional basis. It also addressed future seismic processing plans, technology needs and industry trends.

Innovative technology key to DUG’s success

Breaking down the eight key indicators used in the assessment, DUG was rated as the leading supplier in half of them – technical support, responsiveness to clients’ needs, experience in processing and competitive pricing. 

We also fared extremely well when it came to providing state-of-the-art technology, producing high-quality seismic images, maintaining a strong track record and efficiency in completing projects. 

Direct comments from our clients were also stellar. In general, we were commended for providing competitive pricing, advanced technology and software, industry knowledge, adept problem solving skills and high levels of professionalism.

DUG shows continued growth and improvement

Based on the report, we have exhibited an increase in market penetration and market share compared to the previous 2018 survey, which is expected to grow in 2021 and 2022 as a result of our high customer loyalty and value scores.
