Marina Sedykh, co-owner and CEO of Irkutsk Oil Company since 2000, is stepping away from day-to-day operations at the main manufacturing company. She will now concentrate on implementing the group’s sustainability strategy, including occupational health and safety, environment and social policy.
Sedykh will keep her seat on the board of directors of Irkutsk Oil Company and will remain CEO of the holding company — JSC INK-Capital, which she has headed since its inception in 2008.
“In our sustainability strategy, we intend to pursue the primary goals adopted by the UN in 2015, specifically environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. Consistent work on ESG is a new stage in the development of the INK Group in the current environment,” Sedykh said.
