The Courier and Energy Voice, in association with Henderson Loggie invite you to join us and industry leaders to exchange ideas on the region’s role in the energy transition. 

Our virtual event presents our keynote speakers Sir Ian Wood, Chair of ETZ Ltd and Deirdre Michie OBE, CEO of OEUK and will create a unique platform for the companies and people across Courier Country and beyond that are active in shaping the energy transition and mapping out the road to net zero.   

The event will feature two keynote sessions, each with a different focus covering the key themes of Energy Transition and Net Zero Transport, as outlined below. 

Energy Transition 

This session will set the scene for the day with the panellists delving into the big issues shaping the energy transition. The focus of the session will be to look at Dundee and Tayside’s important role in the massive change under way in Scotland’s energy system and how businesses in the area can support and benefit from it. 

Net Zero Transport 

Dundee has emerged as one of the UK’s major hubs for electric mobility. This session will seek to tell the story about the city’s emergence as a centre of excellence and who the companies and organisations are that are driving this transport revolution.  

The Courier Business Energy Transition Conference will be an opportunity to put your questions to our expert panels as they debate the key themes under consideration and will be an opportunity to learn how local companies can get involved in shaping the energy transition future of Courier Country and beyond.
