JWA Hire expands its team

22/04/2022

JWA Hire's team in Dyce, Aberdeen has been growing over recent months with several new appointments as the business continues to develop.

L-R Chloe Hanley, Administration Assistant, Max McAllister, Workshop Technician, and Michael Milne, Workshop Manager at JWA Hire.

Opening in March 2020, JWA Hire only had 20 days of operation before the first Covid-19 shutdown put industry on the back foot. Having worked through the initial setback, the business has seen continuous month on month sustainable growth in both its local "off the shelf” supply as well as shipping out solutions globally to meet the requirement of its client base.

To support this growth and to help maintain the teams well-earned reputation for customer service and support, JWA Hire's General Manager Paula McAllister embarked on a recruitment drive to ensure that the business could meet its customers' needs.

Workshop Manager Michael Milne is joined by new Workshop Technician Max McAllister. Michael has spent his working life in and around the load test and buoyancy bags sector, so Max is benefiting from expert guidance and instruction as him and Michael ensure all JWA goods leave the workshop fully compliant, safe, clean and ready to go.

Supporting Paula, Chloe Hanley joins as Administration Assistant. Chloe is focused on ensuring that all the relevant documentation, service and support for the companies’ vast range of load test and liftbags operations is accurate. Paula has been a leading global load test professional for many years and is sharing her experience and high standards with Chloe.

JWA Hire are water weight load test bag / subsea liftbag and buoyancy hire and service experts.
