Nautilus Solar Energy, a leading owner-operator of solar projects throughout the United States, today announced the appointment of Melissa Hanson as Executive Director of Marketing and newest member of the executive team. She will lead the marketing function including branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and corporate communications.

Melissa brings over 25 years of marketing experience within various industries to Nautilus Solar Energy. Previous companies include, E.A. Sween Company, The Minneapolis Heart Institute, Camp Fire National Headquarters, The Pillsbury Company, CNS, Inc. and General Electric. Melissa’s areas of expertise include brand development, consumer insights, marketing research and strategic planning.

Melissa holds a BS in Marketing from Bradley University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
