Fugro's chosen UK charity is Pancreatic Cancer UK in support of our colleague Charles Czajkowski, who is fighting this awful disease.
The company received a lovely email from Charles showing him enjoying a dream day flying the spitfire. In Charles' words:
...had amazing day at Biggin Hill on Tuesday flying the Spitfire. The growl of the Merlin engine was amazing and being able to actually take control of the plane and actually fly it whilst doing some attack steep turns was incredible. Towards the end the pilot took back control and we did three victory rolls which was absolutely superb. Strongly recommend giving it a go.
