A world-class name in specialist industrial services, specialist waste management services and process decontamination has reached an important milestone and announced the completion of its first contract in Dubai.

Denholm Environmental has collaborated with fellow Denholm Energy companies Relay Engineering, SST-NDT and Petrasco Energy Logistics to complete the specialist cleaning of a FPSO slops tank – the company’s first-ever project in Dubai and its 30th FPSO tank cleaning contract worldwide.

In addition to 11 rope access specialists from SST-NDT in Bahrain, two ultra-high pressure jetting units and ten personnel were sent by Denholm Environmental from the UK, providing a turnkey solution which also has an enviable reputation for deep cargo tank cleaning to an increasingly global client base.

The news from Dubai represents another important extension of Denholm Environmental’s global reach and demonstrates the scope which has been added thanks to recent strengthening of UK foundations, including the acquisition of Carlisle-based specialist industrial services experts, Andidrain Ltd.  The third acquisition in as many years, this took the company-wide headcount to 200 across Denholm Environmental’s Aberdeenshire headquarters in Inverurie and operational sites in Carlisle, Grangemouth and Invergordon, positioning the company for exponential growth at home and overseas.
