PVE Consulting has been engaged by Genel Energy, the independent oil and gas exploration company with assets in Morocco, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and Somaliland, to carry out a Joint Venture partner search for its Lagzira licence, offshore Morocco.

Genel is a highly experienced company with production in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and exploration assets in Morocco and Somaliland. The firm has been exploring in Morocco since 2009 and found non-commercial oil with the SM-1 well in the Lagzira perimeter in 2014.
