Nexans renew bespoke service agreement with MAATS Tech

For the second year, energy experts, Nexans, have engaged MAATS Tech Ltd to supply Gold Level Service and Support provision for the deck lay equipment on the Nexans Aurora.

The Aurora, which has been working continually since its launch in June 2021, will continue with a large number of high profile cable installation projects also in coming period.

MAATS are particularly pleased to be supplying Nexans with another year of service support as they enjoy a close working relationship with the company and the team on the Aurora.  It is a great pleasure to see the vessel being repeatedly utilised to its full potential.

Though the provision of the bespoke Service Framework agreement, the extensive experience and rigorous company philosophy offers peace of mind to MAATS customers with the knowledge that, whatever the issue, the team are on hand to assist with just a single phone call.

The Gold Level support package give access 24/7 to dedicated MAATS engineers, included engineering days, discounted spares provision and documentation updates.

MAATS dedicated Service and Support facility is based in Durham, North East England, and can assist with material spares provision and delivery of the Standard, Silver and Gold Framework Agreements.

The standard support package is included as part of MAATS supply and gives the customer flexibility to consider the aftersales support requirements of the vessel. The Silver and Gold levels offer a scaled approach, including on site engineering days, annual inspection and reports, staff training and a discount on spares. With gold level package, there will be someone to take the call at all times.
