Sirius, an African focused oil & gas production, development and exploration company, has commenced the process to change the Company’s name to Tende Energy plc.
This process is being undertaken over the coming weeks and the Company will update shareholders accordingly when it is completed.
Commenting, Bobo Kuti, CEO of Sirius Petroleum, said:
