Karoline Flåte has been appointed as the new VP Sustainability at Odfjell Drilling, with effect from April 1st, 2023.

Karoline brings a wealth of experience in the field of sustainability, having advised the private sector on alignment with the Paris Agreement and the European Green Deal. With her wide reach of international experience, she has worked in the UN, the UK and Brussels respectively. Karoline joins Odfjell Drilling from Deloitte Norway, where she held the role as the European Sustainability & Climate Operations Lead. 

In her new role, Karoline will work closely with all functions at Odfjell Drilling to accelerate the company's ESG strategy and objectives, and help achieve their ambition of becoming the industry leader in environmental performance.
