21/04/2023

Well construction specialist DeltaTek Global (DeltaTek), which was recently acquired by energy services provider Expro, has been awarded the internationally recognised 2023 King’s Award for Enterprise, receiving the Innovation award.

As the most prestigious award for businesses in the United Kingdom, the King’s Award celebrates the outstanding success and significant contribution of businesses across the country.

This win marks continued recognition for the DeltaTek range of Well Construction technologies. DeltaTek’s founder Tristam Horn, said:
“We are honoured to receive the first ever King’s Award and are delighted that the impact our technology has had on the subsea sector has been celebrated with such a prestigious award. Introducing disruptive technology to a firmly established market came with considerable challenges, so I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved as a team.”

The Cure range, which includes SeaCure®, QuikCure®, ControlCure® and CoreCure®, is deployable to all well construction projects, for subsea, platform or land cementing operations.

The King’s Award for Enterprise, previously titled the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, was renamed following the accession of King Charles III. The 2023 award winners were announced today [21st April 2023] by the Department for Business and Trade, marking the late Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday.

Expro announced the acquisition of DeltaTek in February 2023 to accelerate DeltaTek’s international deployment ambitions through Expro’s global footprint and allow Expro to broaden its offering, capabilities, and technology portfolio within the well construction cementing sector.
