SDX announces that, following the completion of the Company's investigation into the conduct of one of its senior employees in Egypt that was announced on 24 May 2023, the Company has terminated the employment of the individual.
The Company had previously been made aware that a senior employee within the Company's local operations who had been suspended, pending the outcome of an investigation, had sent an email raising concerns around certain in-country financial operations, including certain matters relating to local tax compliance, to some of the Company's stakeholders.
