• Valor, a Fort Worth-based specialty asset management company, announced the appointment of Jason Nadaskay to serve as the company’s Chief People Officer. 
• Hexicon's CFO Anders Rössell is leaving the company for personal reasons after a short time in his position. 
• Aurora Energy Services has appointed Tom Smith as chief operating officer.
• Aera Energy announced that Randy Hoyle will join the company as its first Chief Carbon Solutions Officer (CCSO).
• Ms. Laura Brien, currently Chief Executive of the Health Insurance Authority, has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Maritime Area Regulatory Authority (MARA).
• Greg Kulawski is joining Valeura Energy as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 17, 2023.
• Lina Lee will be appointed as an independent director of Valeura Energy effective August 1, 2023 following the retirement of Ron Royal from the board.
• Sian Lloyd Rees and Kaat Van Hecke have joined the board of Serica Energy as Independent Non-Executive Directors.

• Richard R. Clark, the current Senior VP and Head of Gulf of Mexico Business Unit for Kosmos Energy, informed the Company of his decision to retire at the end of January 2024.
