• The Perenco Group has announced the appointment of Armel Simondin as the new CEO of Perenco SA, with effect from 15 March 2024. 
• Gulf Keystone has named Gabriel Papineau-Legris as the company's chief financial officer and executive director to replace the retiring Ian Weatherdon.
• Kathrin Dufour, Claudia Kromberg, Sameh Sabry and Stephanie Raddatz will assume new roles as Senior Vice Presidents at Wintershall Dea.
• Stephen Marcos Jones has been appointed as the new CEO of OPITO.
• UK cable manufacturer XLCC has appointed Trevor Nash as Chief Commercial Officer and Patrick Beringer as General Counsel.
• Aberdeen’s Amplus Energy Services has promoted former Repsol Sinopec Resources UK boss, Steve Gardyne, to the position of Managing Director.
• Neil Thompson has been appointed Chief Executive of Hydrasun, as former boss Bob Drummond takes on management of the newly created D2Zero group. 
• Martin Thomson is starting a new position in Business Development for Energy Transition at Forum Energy Technologies.
• Lewis Gillhespy has joined Rockflow as Executive Advisor.
• Muhideen Busari is starting a new position as a Data Analyst at Quantum Analytics NG.
• Jeremy Humphers, Senior Vice-President and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) of Devon Energy, will retire from the company in March. 
• Forum Energy Technologies (FET) has appointed Martin Thomson as its first ever energy transition business development manager within its subsea business.
• Nathan Young-Ziolkowski is starting a new position as Marketing Manager at Eliis.
• Firdaus Noorul, Rahul B Hari and Steven Tan have all joined Ashtead Technology's team in the Asia Pacific region as Client Account Managers, based in Singapore.
• RenewableUK has announced that their CEO Dan McGrail will take over as the new Co-Chair of the 'Mission Zero Coalition'. 
• Elizabeth Hardesty is starting a new position Feb 1, as US Business Development - Geologist at Applied Petroleum Technology (APT). 
• Drax Group has announced that it plans to establish a new independent business unit that will focus on becoming the global leader in delivering large-scale and high-integrity carbon removals. It will be led by Laurie Fitzmaurice, a senior energy infrastructure expert, who has nearly 30 years of experience in business development around the world, most recently for Amazon Web Services.
• PetroStrat has announced the appointment of Dinfa Vincent Barshep, their newest Reservoir Geologist, who has joined the company's North Wales team.
• Magnolia Oil & Gas has increased the size of the Board from seven to eight directors and has appointed David Khani as an independent director of the Board, effective immediately. 
• Jonathan Jones is starting a new position as Senior Analyst at NexantECA, Energy and Chemicals Advisory's head office in Central London.
• The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Argonne National Laboratory has named Raeanna Sharp-Geiger as chief operations officer.
• The Weir Group announces that Tracey Kerr, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Antofagasta plc, with effect from 29 January 2024, and will also be a member of the Sustainability and Stakeholder Management Committee.
• Wyatt Roy has joined the leadership team at NEOM as Head of Innovation.
• Sian Wilson is taking on the role of Interim Director of Marine at Crown Estate Scotland.
• As of February 1, 2024, Executive Partner Maciej Suchy and Executive Partner Adam Bartelik have joined the ownership circle of Navitas Wind A/S.
• Dolphin Drilling welcome Grigor Murray to TEAM Dolphin, who joins their Subsea department as Subsea Superintendent.
• Joshua Bailey has started a new position as Head of Global Generative at BHP Exploration.
