• Jinitha Ramachandran has joined CGG's R&D team as a data engineer.

• American Electric Power (AEP) has entered into an agreement with Icahn Capital L.P. and certain of its affiliates, under which Hunter C. Gary, senior managing director at Icahn Enterprises L.P., and Henry ("Hank") P. Linginfelter, retired executive vice president of Southern Company Gas, will join AEP's Board of Directors, with immediate effective.
• Neil Borthwick has joined Frontier Energy Network as their new Director of Events & Sponsorship.
• UNITY Well Integrity has announced the appointment of Dillan Perras to its board as a non-executive director. 
• Daria Lazareva is starting a new position as Regional Marketing Specialist EAME at GeoSoftware. 
• Capsol Technologies ASA has appointed Wendy Lam as their new CEO.
• America’s Clean Energy Company announced the appointment of Ms. Shona Wilson as Chief Financial Officer.
• ConocoPhillips announced that Dominic Macklon, executive vice president, Strategy, Sustainability and Technology, has elected to retire effective May 1, 2024.
