• Beacon Energy announced that Larry Bottomley, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, has informed the board of his intention to retire as CEO effective 1 June 2024. Larry will be replaced as CEO by Stewart MacDonald, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer.
• After spells with Energean and Edison, Nigel Platt is starting a new role as Research Fellow at The Centre for Energy Transition in the School of Geosciences, University of Aberdeen.
• Skyborn Renewables has appointed Patrick Lammers as chief executive effective 1 June 2024, replacing Thomas Karst.
• Mikael Karlsson has been elected as a new member to Equinor’s board of directors.
• APA Corporation has announced the appointment of Matthew Bob and Anya Weaving to its board of directors.
• Russell Round is starting a new position as Sr. Engineering Advisor at Gradient Geothermal.
• Scatec ASA’s Nomination Committee has proposed Jørgen Kildahl to be appointed Chair of the Board at the Annual General Meeting 2024, after long-serving Chair John Andersen has notified the Committee that he has decided to step down.
• McDermott announced Maurizio Coratella as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective May 1, 2024. 
• Craig Jones is starting a new position as Senior Business Development Manager at Ikon Science.
• Primeval Energy announced that Martin Hindicky will soon join their Board as Chief Innovation Officer.
• Following the successful recapitalisation of their business, Charles Davison, Jr. will be joining EnerMech as the new Chief Executive Officer.
• TETRA Technologies has appointed Angela D. John as a member of the Board of Directors, effective March 20, 2024.
• Lee Goulding is starting a new position as Director of Engineering at Thistle Wind Partners.
• David Whitworth has been promoted to Junior Geologist at Merlin Energy Resources.
