National Energy Skills Accelerator (NESA) has announced the launch of their pilot tool EnergyCareerPathways.com.

Created with support from the Scottish Funding Council’s Regional Pathfinder initiative, this tool aims to better communicate energy jobs and career pathways, by enabling individuals to visualise their own route into an energy career and highlight the different routes and training available.

NESA will be presenting findings from the recently published Future Energy Skills Report 2023-2030, including an update on provision delivery supported by the Scottish Government's Just Transition Fund for the North East and Moray. 

The presentation will be followed by a demonstration of NESA's pilot Energy Career Pathways tool, created through a Scottish Funding Council's Regional Pathfinders award. 

The session will conclude with audience Q&A.
