A former general manager at Jacobs in France, Dr. Tendayi has over 30 years of customer-oriented exposure, working in several African countries, the UK & Ireland, America, and mainland Europe. Dr Tendayi Munyebvu
Dr Tendayi Munyebvu is a delivery director for Programme & Project Partners at Sellafield, joining via Jacobs where he has managed diverse teams in multicultural environments. Tendayi has over 30 years of customer-oriented exposure, working in several countries in Africa, the UK & Ireland, America and mainland Europe. He is a former general manager for Jacobs’ business in France.
With a background in structural engineering, his expertise transitioned into programme delivery and contract management of a wide range of high-profile infrastructure and nuclear projects. His award-winning projects comprise Eastgate (Zimbabwe), Wales Millennium Centre (Wales), Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 (England) and ITER (France). Tendayi is currently a Vice-President of the Institution of Structural Engineers for the UK & Europe.
In addition to a long and outstanding technical pedigree, Tendayi has been one of the senior leaders in Jacobs spearheading the development and advancement of Black talent in the construction industry. He is a former Global Chair of Harambee, Jacobs’ Black Employee Network, and has led the EMEA Council in implementing the firm's Action Plan for Advancing Justice & Equality that focuses on the inclusion and development of the Black workforce.
