GESGB members are invited to an exclusive Offshore Wind Farm Tour departing from Brighton Marina. A unique opportunity to explore the cutting edge of offshore renewable energy.
Speed out to the site aboard the 12m ultra-stable 1300HP catamaran, the famous Brighton Diver 4. You will experience a panoramic view of England’s “South Coast Riviera” as you cruise 9 nautical miles in each direction.
Experience the awe-inspiring sight of 150-metre-high turbines and the impressive jack-up ships assembling the 116 windmills of the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm, completed in late autumn 2017. Cruise among these monumental yet graceful structures, soak in the sea air, and gain insights from Skipper Paul as he provides live commentary and answers your questions.
The trip will be followed by a fish & chips lunch (not included in the ticket price) and a visit to the Rampion Visitor Centre.
