PEAK Wind announces the appointment of Nicolaj Mensberg as new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2025, reflecting the company’s continued focus on long-term growth and consistent leadership. Nicolaj succeeds current CEO and Co-Founder, Michael Rask Andersen, who will remain as Chair of the Board of Directors. Michael takes a focused role to remain actively involved in PEAK Wind’s strategic direction, focusing on business development, client engagement, and supporting strategic initiatives across the company.

Nicolaj Mensberg brings deep industry experience and a strong leadership track record across the renewable energy value chain. His background aligns closely with PEAK Wind’s core service scopes within operations and asset management as well as the general mission of delivering high-impact technical, financial and commercial advisory services to the renewable energy sector. Nicolaj is well-positioned to lead PEAK Wind through its next phase of growth and innovation.

Michael Rask Andersen has led PEAK Wind as CEO since co-founding the company in 2017 together with Lars Conradsen and Denis Andersen, who both continue in their current roles. Under Michael’s leadership, the company has evolved from a visionary idea into a global market leader, built on a strong culture and a solid foundation for continued expansion. 

Reflecting on the transition, Michael stated:
