Hydrasun announces the appointment of Rod Fraser in the role of VP International Business Development.

Rod will focus on growing our international business through developing our Network Partner Strategy in target markets in Africa and South East Asia. This will include the identification, selection and establishment of agreements with local agents and partners in these locations.

Rod brings a wealth of international experience into the company through his previous executive roles in the Caspian, Middle East and South East Asia regions.

This appointment follows the successful appointment by Hydrasun of partners in both Algeria and Ghana earlier this year providing a solid foundation to grow our export sales of products and services into these markets and the African market as a whole.

In 2017 Hydrasun sold over £1.1m of products and services to direct customers within Africa (10 different countries) and over £2m indirectly. The company also sold over £1.4m of products and services to direct customers within South East Asia and over £2m indirectly.

Hydrasun anticipate far greater activity in 2018 and beyond within the region as various major oil and gas project investments are sanctioned and demand for our products and services grows as a consequence.
