Volgogradneftegeofizika, a subsidiary of Rosgeologiya, has commenced 3D seismic work on CDP method at the Tambashinsky and Irgizsky subsoil sites.
The Tambashinsky and Irgizsky subsoil sites are located in the Ivanteevsky district of the Saratov region and Khvorostyansky district of the Samara region. These, as well as the Blagoveshensky and Mikhailovsky subsoil sites belong to the Mikhailovskaya area and are promising for oil and gas.
Volgogradneftegeofizika will carry out 71.2 square km of the 3D seismic survey at the Tambashinsky and Irgizsky subsoil sites. The received materials will be processed and interpreted, the results will be presented to the customer in the final report by October 2019.
