Kelton Road Map to Growth Envisioned Through Leadership Appointments

Kelton, the specialist energy industry consultancy firm, has announced a strategic restructuring and expansion of its senior leadership team to support several growth-oriented goals.

A subsidiary of D2Zero, the decarbonisation and clean energy solutions provider, Kelton is renowned for its expertise in flow measurement, assurance, and advisory services. Now, to expand and amplify the capabilities of the digital solutions provided to clients, alongside its aims to bolster its international footprint, Kelton is heading into Q4 2025 with a senior leadership team equipped to reinforce its operational, business development, and information technology functions.

Playing a key role in Kelton’s trajectory in recent years, Stuart Christie has moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer, following his tenure as Operations Director. Stuart’s rich history of operational leadership and international experience, alongside his prior years within the company, will be instrumental in scaling Kelton’s service delivery across global markets.

Already known as the leading independent flow measurement software developer, Kelton is fortifying its reputation in the field with the appointment of John Rhodes as Chief Information Officer. Joining earlier this year, John has an established track record in digital transformation and data-driven strategy, which he will use to lead Kelton’s technology roadmap to deliver smarter, more connected services to clients.

Joining the team alongside John is Rob O’Neill, appointed as Chief Business Development Officer. Having previously led strategic business growth across energy and engineering markets, Rob will provide leadership to help Kelton target growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets through his insight and commercial leadership.

These appointments mark a significant step forward in Kelton’s mission to become the flow measurement partner of choice for the evolving global energy sector.

Iain Pirie, Managing Director at Kelton, commented:
“Kelton has an ambitious agenda, one that demands bold thinking and experienced leadership. With Stuart, John, and Rob on board, we are building a leadership team that reflects our global outlook, our commitment to operational excellence, and our drive to expand into new markets. I’m confident their collective expertise will help shape the next chapter of Kelton’s success.”
