Simon Telfer has been holding the interim responsibility for the technology and manufacturing organisation since January 2025, in addition to his role as SVP of Software, Processing and Imaging (SPI) at Shearwater.

In this new appointment as CTO, Simon Telfer will be responsible for leading Shearwater’s technology strategy across the organisation, including IT, infosec, and digitalisation, whilst continuing to steer the growth and advancement of SPI.
