fluidXlab (formerly HOT Microfluidics) has been recognised as an Employer of the Future (“Arbeitgeber der Zukunft”) for the third consecutive time. The German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND), in collaboration with the DUP UNTERNEHMER-Magazine, has again awarded our lab in Germany.
With the support of recognised experts from academia and business, DIND has developed a certification process examining medium-sized companies’ future viability. The completed three-stage assessment confirms a profound understanding of customer and employee needs, a modern, innovation-driven corporate culture, and the management’s commitment to digitalisation and sustainability.
