Ørsted announces the appointment of Alana Kühne as Head of Europe Development, effective immediately. In this key leadership role, Kühne will drive development activity across Europe, strengthening Ørsted’s expanding pipeline of on- and offshore renewable-energy projects in the region.

Kühne will report to the Regional CEO for Europe. In her new capacity, she will oversee site identification, regulatory consents, early-stage project structuring and partner engagement, covering wind, solar, storage and hybrid-asset developments. Her mandate also includes enhancing local stakeholder relationships, optimising project delivery frameworks, and accelerating the pipeline toward financial-close and construction readiness.
