CIP Selects TH and Brunel to Supply Client Reps at Fengmiao

24/11/2025

TH and Brunel extend their offshore wind expertise in APAC with a new CIP contract covering Client Reps across all major construction packages.

Taylor Hopkinson and Brunel have been awarded the contract to supply Client Representatives across all major construction packages for Fengmiao Offshore Wind Farm, a 500MW project developed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) off the coast of Taiwan.

This marks the third project in the region where TH and Brunel have successfully delivered the Client Representative package for CIP, reaffirming their reputation as trusted partners in delivering offshore wind expertise across Asia.

As one of two suppliers selected for this scope, TH and Brunel specialists will act on behalf of the client throughout the construction phase, ensuring safety oversight and adherence to international offshore wind standards across all key packages.

The Fengmiao Offshore Wind Farm will feature 33 Vestas turbines, generating 500MW of renewable capacity to support Taiwan’s ambitious energy transition goals and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

“We’re proud to continue our long-standing partnership with CIP in Taiwan,” says Lucia Noble, Head of Offshore Wind and Subsea Cables at Taylor Hopkinson.

“Delivering Client Representatives across all major construction packages for Fengmiao reflects our deep understanding of offshore wind project execution and our ability to provide the high-calibre specialists needed to ensure safe, efficient, and successful delivery.

“This award demonstrates the strength of our collaboration with Brunel and our shared commitment to supporting offshore wind growth in Asia. We’re delighted to contribute to Taiwan’s expanding offshore wind sector and play our part in advancing the region’s renewable energy ambitions.”

The award follows Taylor Hopkinson’s recent geophysical Client Rep scope win on ELWIND in Latvia and Estonia, underscoring our position as a trusted provider of specialist talent and mobility support to offshore wind projects across the full development cycle.
