Multi-Million Dollar Contract Heralds Middle East Debut for Denholm

27/02/2026

A world-class name in specialist industrial services, specialist waste management services and process decontamination has announced significant expansion into a key overseas market.

Denholm Environmental (a Denholm Energy subsidiary) has secured its first ever contract in the Middle East region with the project to involve up to 30 existing members of the team during its span. The five-year NORM management and drill equipment decontamination contract holds a significant multi-million dollar value over its duration, and it is being hailed as a landing pad from which the company hopes to grow its presence in the region.

The news continues a momentous period of growth for Denholm Environmental, including its fourth acquisition in six years with the purchase of fellow Aberdeenshire business Pipetech.  It also completed significant further multimillion pound investment in locations and kit to extend its unrivalled reach from the Scottish Highlands & Islands to the English Midlands, as well as overseas.

Commenting on the Middle East project, Denholm Environmental Group Managing Director Brian Ritchie said:
“Securing our first contract in the Middle East region marks a significant milestone for the company.  It not only reflects the trust our growing number of clients place in our technical expertise but also underlines our ability to deliver world-class environmental solutions on the international stage.

“We are pleased to bring our specialist capabilities to the Middle East region, and we look forward to building strong and lasting partnerships in the region as a result.”
