Viridien welcome Henning Berg to Viridien as Chief Operating Officer, effective March 3, ahead of his transition into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June.

With more than two decades of international leadership experience across operational and technology-driven energy businesses, Henning brings a strong track record of delivering performance in complex, global environments — combined with a people-focused leadership style and deep engagement with clients and partners worldwide.

During the coming months, Henning and Sophie Zurquiyah, Chair and CEO, will work closely together to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. This will include visits to several of Viridien's global locations, as well as meetings with clients and investors.
