KEYFACT Energy
EnQuest has signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for the Cendramas block in Peninsular Malaysia through its affiliate, EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd. Effective from September 23, 2026, EnQuest will hold a 25.0% participating interest in the PSC, alongside DIALOG Resources Sdn Bhd (25.0%) and Medco Asia Pacific Limited, which will operate the block with a 50.0% interest. This agreement signifies an expansion of EnQuest's operations into Southeast Asia.
The Group’s current Malaysian operations include its PM8 Extension Production Sharing Contract, consisting of the PM8 and Seligi Fields.
