EnerMech, a global provider of specialized technical services for complex energy projects, has appointed Kevin Rasefske as Vice President of Products, strengthening the company’s global product and delivery capability. 

Based in Houston, Texas, Kevin brings more than 35 years of product and operational leadership experience across global industrial markets, spanning business growth, strategic development, and operational excellence in highly technical environments. 

Most recently, Kevin served as President and Board Member at SFP Hydraulics, a hydraulics manufacturing startup he founded and led for 12 years, supporting customers across the oil and gas, industrial, renewables, and marine sectors. 

Kevin has a longstanding connection with EnerMech. Between 2013 and 2014, he played a key role in launching the company’s Hydraulics Division in Houston, securing new clients and driving early revenue growth. His previous leadership roles also include Division President and Board Member of the Olaer Group, Business Unit Manager at Parker Hannifin, Director of Operations and Supply Chain at The SAMY Company, and Operations and Supply Chain Manager at Vogue International Inc. 

In his new role, Kevin will lead EnerMech’s global product portfolio and product management team, with responsibility for operational delivery, strategic execution, and financial performance. He will also drive go-to-market strategies and service excellence, supporting strong collaboration across clients, suppliers, and regulators.
