RISC Advisory is pleased to have acted as Independent Technical Specialist in support of the proposed acquisition of Hartshead Resources NL by ACAM GP Limited.

In support of the acquisition, being undertaken by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, we prepared an Independent Technical Specialist Report incorporating a valuation of the company’s assets, including the Anning and Somerville gas fields in the P2607 licence in the Southern North Sea, together with other North Sea and East Irish Sea assets.

RISC's report was included as an attachment to the Independent Expert Report by BDO and formed part of Hartshead’s Scheme Booklet. Our work supported the assessment of the Scheme, including whether it is in the best interests of Hartshead shareholders.

Transactions of this nature require valuations based on rigorous, independent technical assessments that provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of subsurface risk, development maturity and value drivers.
