Record Numbers Gather in Glasgow For All-Energy 2026

19/05/2026

All-Energy 2026 has reinforced its position as the UK’s flagship low-carbon energy and renewables event, bringing a total attendance of more than 13,300 over the two-day event - a new record in its milestone 25th anniversary year.

Organised by RX Global and held at Glasgow’s SEC, the event took place at a critical time for the energy transition, bringing together low-carbon leaders and stakeholders to discuss key challenges facing the industry.

More than 300 companies exhibited on the show floor while the streamlined conference programme explored pressing issues including energy security, decarbonising transport, the future of offshore wind and financing the energy transition.

Michael Shanks MP, Minister for Energy for The Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, delivered a keynote address on day one which set out a clear direction of travel for the industry, telling delegates the current energy crisis caused by the Middle East conflict "must be that line in the sand", while also committing to go "further and faster" on clean energy deployment.

Chris Stark, CBE, Head of the UK’s Mission for Clean Power, took to the stage on day two of the conference, noting that “in 2022, we didn’t move quick enough from fossil fuels” and the “clean power mission continues despite government uncertainty.”

Meanwhile, Fintan Slye, CEO of the UK’s National Electricity System Operator (NESO), highlighted Scotland’s potential for AI data centres. He said:
"There's certainly the opportunity in Scotland to host some of those data centres - and potentially think about how you leverage that, not just for the AI data centre, but for the ecosystem that could build around it in terms of jobs and economic development."

Anam Khan, All-Energy Event Manager at RX Global said:
“All-Energy has cemented its status as a platform for the low-carbon and renewable sector, bringing together the conversations, political engagement and cross-sector collaboration needed to drive the energy transition forward.

“As we celebrate the event’s 25th year, it is incredibly rewarding to see the industry continue to come together in Glasgow to share ideas, showcase innovation and explore practical solutions to some of the sector’s biggest challenges.

“The strength of engagement across the conference programme and exhibition floor reflects both the scale of ambition within the industry and the important role All-Energy continues to play in supporting progress towards a cleaner, more secure energy future.”

All-Energy returns to Glasgow on 12–13 May 2027, with stand bookings now open for organisations looking to showcase their solutions at the UK’s flagship low-carbon energy and renewables event.
