Aberdeen-based ROV services company, Film-Ocean has announced the appointment of Lewis MacDonald as HSEQ Advisor, Dawn Banaszkiewicz as Training and Competency Lead, and Andrew Baldwin as Proposals Coordinator.
These hires reflect the company's continued growth and commitment to delivering excellence for energy sector clients across North-east Scotland and beyond.
Lewis brings a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, having previously worked as a QHSSE Advisor in the marine sector supporting vessel and fabrication yard operations. In his new role, he works closely with the HSEQ Manager, overseeing day-to-day HSEQ activity across Film-Ocean's site operations, including inspections, audits, investigations, and systems management – ensuring safety standards remain practical and effective as the business scales.
"I'm looking forward to being part of the Film-Ocean team, supporting operations, and getting stuck into the work ahead," he said. Outside of work, Lewis is an accomplished hill walker who has completed a trek to Everest Base Camp, and volunteers with the Army Cadet Force.
Dawn joins with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, bringing deep expertise in competency management and workforce development. As Training and Competency Lead, she is responsible for designing and managing training programmes and competency frameworks that equip Film-Ocean's workforce to meet the demands of today's projects and tomorrow's ambitions – embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Andrew joins from Aratellus Offshore Group, where he developed his commercial expertise working on offshore and subsea tendering. As Proposals Coordinator, he is responsible for reviewing client RFQs, ITTs, and RFPs, coordinating technical and commercial inputs from across the business, and producing high-quality submissions that reflect the full strength of Film-Ocean's ROV capabilities.
