On March 16, 2019, in continuation of the existing agreements between Zarubezhneft JSC and Uzbekneftegaz JSC, a joint venture AndijanPetro LLC was registered.
AndijanPetro LLC will carry out its activities on the territory of Uzbekistan, and licenses will be transferred to the operating South Alamyshik, Khartoum and East Khartoum oil fields.
At these fields, an increase in oil production is planned with the use of advanced technologies for managing the development and use of modern oil-field equipment.
