About Energise Your Future
A talented and enthusiastic workforce is one of the industry’s most important assets. OPITO’s ‘Energise Your Future’ (EYF) events bring together local school pupils and the energy industry to inspire the next generation.

EYF is now in its 12th year, it has been held as part of major oil and gas industry events or delivered through standalone sessions since 2008. The aim of EYF is to inspire young people to think about a career in the energy sector and the event provides a chance to get up close with key companies and personnel who can help explain their business as well as roles and routes into the sector.

The format sees companies from across the industry offering an interactive activity or presentation on their stand at major industry events including Offshore Europe and Subsea Expo, to small groups of school pupils.
