This deal is from a Turkish local customer with operation of multiple business. Its steel mill and agriculture business will be powered by the electricity from this wind project once it is completed.

Now the foundation parts of the project are starting transportation to Turkey in batches and all will arrive to site in May. The whole project is aimed to achieve commission within the last quarter of 2020.

At the meantime, this project is the largest unlicensed self-consumption project in Turkey, which will set up a benchmark case for Goldwind, and bring more market opportunities.

Till the end of 2019, Goldwind already has 750kW, 1.5MW and 3.4MW wind turbines operating in Turkey, with an average availability of more than 99%.
