Webinar: Vattenfall - Working together with the Supply Chain

AREG invites you to join their upcoming webinar in collaboration with Vattenfall where they will be discussing the company’s vision for the future and how it intends to approach and work with the supply chain. The webinar will be hosted through Microsoft Teams.

In this webinar, Rob Lilly of Vattenfall will present on Vattenfall’s vision for the future, as well as current UK and European projects. He will discuss Vattenfall’s approach to working with the supply chain and the value that the supply chain brings to the company’s operations. Rob will also present on Sector Deal growth expectations and the challenges that the sector is currently facing.

Vattenfall is one of Europe’s largest producers of electricity and heat, with over 6 million electricity customers and 2 million heat customers. The company is 100% owned by the Swedish state, with its main markets in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and the UK. 

With around 20,000 employees, Vattenfall’s goal is to be free from fossil fuels within one generation by helping customers to power their lives in ever climate smarter ways.

Rob Lilly has been in the renewables industry since 2002, working for a wind turbine manufacturer, the largest composites supplier to the wind market and three wind energy developers. Rob now specialises in supply chain management and procurement and is responsible for achieving local content targets, including increasing the number of SMEs in the supply chain. Current projects include Norfolk Vanguard, Norfolk Boreas and ScotWind.
