Meston Reid & Co, the Aberdeen chartered accountancy firm, has announced a key promotion within the practice. 

Stuart MacPherson at Meston Reid & Co

Stuart MacPherson has been appointed senior manager, business services having previously been business services manager. A former pupil at Forres Academy and a graduate in business studies from Robert Gordon University, Stuart has been with Meston Reid & Co for 23 years. 

Established in 1990, Meston Reid & Co is recognised for its expertise in tax, audit, insolvency, corporate finance, business advisory, payroll and landed estates. The firm has a broad range of clients, from contractors in the energy sector to large businesses with international operations.

In conjunction with colleagues, Stuart has taken responsibility for supporting the firm’s placement students and accountancy graduates. In addition, he provides accountancy and advisory services to clients, from sole traders through to companies with a turnover of £10m.
