National Oil Corporation (NOC) Chairman, Eng. Mustafa Sanalla, received His Excellency Oliver Owcza, German Ambassador to Libya, and an accompanying delegation, on Tuesday September 22 2020 at NOC’s Tripoli headquarters.
The meeting focused on the security situation in NOC’s oil fields, ports and other facilities. Plans for the gradual resumption of oil production prepared by NOC's specialist advisers were also discussed.
Chairman Sanalla confirmed that NOC is continuing to monitor closely the security situation at all its sites, including the safety of workers, facilities and equipment in both fields and ports as production gradually resumes.
Joint cooperation between NOC and German companies in the oil and gas sector was also discussed.
