ABIS Energy welcomes Mr Hamley Case incoming Chairman ABIS Energy (Guyana) Inc.

Mr Hamley Case, the former Guyana High Commissioner to the UK, Non-Resident Ambassador to France and to Russia, has joined the Board of ABIS Energy (Guyana) Inc as of January 2020. 

Mr Case will take the role of Chairman, ABIS Energy (Guyana) Inc.

Mr Case said,
“I look forward to returning to Guyana and resuming my private business career with ABIS Energy (Guyana) Inc. ABIS Energy has led UK engagement with Guyana. Its initiatives to Twin the cities of Georgetown and Aberdeen, University Partnerships with the University of Guyana and the formal signing of a co-operation agreement between the Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce and GCCI, set the tone”.

ABIS Energy (Guyana) Inc., confirms its mission and intention is to employ maximum Guyanese,  providing the relevant training both locally and overseas,  partnering with small and medium Guyanese companies (SME’s) and start-up local O & G businesses.

Mr Francis Kiernan Group MD observed, 
“ABIS Energy (Guyana) will continue to work with local business, government and the academic community to help local companies and organisations to forge relationships-partnerships with the established global Oil & Gas business community”.  

In closing, Mr Case commented, 
“The next decade will be life-changing for the country of Guyana and its people. I will use my experience, my international connections and my energy in the tasks ahead”.

Mr Case is returning to Guyana and taking up residence in Georgetown  Q1  2020.
