KEYFACT Energy
The Bulgarian Association Geothermal Energy has become a full member of the European Geothermal Energy Council.
This step is a continuation of the Memorandum of Understanding (‘MOU’) between the two organisations, which was earlier signed in August 2022.
The purpose of MOU is to increase Pan-European collaboration and support for the development and greater use of the abundant geothermal energy resources that are present in Bulgaria, to help attract more investment and increase the participation of established domestic and international companies in the growth of this important sector.
