The Graduate Scheme provides a structured programme of processes, support and training packages. RPS training supports the core competencies of technical charterships and the company are also an accredited training provider for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Beyond the programme RPS offer progression opportunities to the highest level professional qualifications and charterships (master’s Level 7) in both technical disciplines and in leadership & management.
