Holt Energy Advisors  ("HEA") announces that Prince Kofi Baah has joined the HEA team as Director - Africa based in Accra, Ghana, assisting with HEA's growth and development in the African region.

Prince will help HEA develop its commercial, legal and transaction advisory business throughout Africa bringing his 21+ years experience in the upstream petroleum sector working in business development, research, statutory regulatory consultancies, corporate representation, and executive assistance in Ghana and across the West African sub-region.

Prince has acquired various diverse skills in business negotiations, supply chain management and commercial activities in the petroleum value chain. A proud old student of Adisadel College, Cape-Coast and the University of Ghana, Prince holds a Bachelors in Psychology degree and an MBA Essentials Certificate from the London School of Economics.

With experience working with the MSI Group ApS, based in Copenhagen, an international exposure was acquired, working through Denmark and Norway, with teams in Brazil, USA, Guyana, Equatorial Guinea, Senegal, Mauritania, Namibia and other West African countries. More locally, Prince has worked with Bayfield Oil Services, Menergy Group, and closely with the Petroleum Commission of Ghana.
