Holt Energy Advisors (HEA) are a global energy advisory consultancy providing expert merger, acquisition and divestment (MA&D) solutions and commercial and strategic consulting to the upstream exploration and production and renewables sectors.

Based from their Canary Wharf office the HEA team provides services to listed and unlisted corporate clients, national governments, joint venture groups, banks and other advisors as well as industry trade groups globally.

The HEA team have collective experience of over 40 completed transactions in the energy sector valued at over $5.5 billion covering 16 countries globally with due diligence projects completed in a further 21 countries. The team can lead MA&D processes, support internal teams or assist other advisors utilising the latest technology products and our contact database of over 4,000 individuals in 600 companies internationally. 

On the consultancy side HEA have experience in commercial negotiation, joint venture management, economic analysis and valuation, due diligence, market analysis and hydrocarbon sales and marketing.

HEA's vision is to be a leading international advisory to the energy sector for merger, acquisitions and divestment services as well as a full service commercial and strategic consultancy. The company's aim is to provide a high quality but competitively priced, reactive service to their clients in an evolving global energy market through our team of core staff and long-term contractors working flexibly either from our Canary Wharf office or embedded with client teams. 

The company's strength is the ability to provide the full spectrum of commercial capability from business analysis and economic modelling through to commercial negotiation and MA&D project management and to integrate this together in a "one-stop-shop" service as well as being able to provide an "out-of-the-box" commercial solution to smaller companies without dedicated resources or supporting ring-fenced projects for larger clients.
