Description

PetroNor E&P listed on the Oslo Axess (PNOR), is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company led by an experienced Board and management team, with substantial experience in oil and gas exploration, appraisal, development and production.

The company are an independent oil and gas exploration and production company with 5 licences in three countries offshore West Africa (Republic of Congo, Senegal and The Gambia). PetroNor also hold the right to enter into a sixth license in the Republic of Congo.

The Company has achieved key operational milestones across its licences, having rapidly matured its exploration portfolio by acquiring more than 13,400km² of 3D seismic data and drilling multiple exploration wells.

In October 2019, PetroNor entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Panoro Energy ASA, for its interest in Offshore Mining Lease no. 113 offshore Nigeria, containing the Aje oil and gas field.

PetroNor is present in West Africa with 2P reserves of 8.54 MMbbls and an average production of 2,300 bopd.
