Description
Genoil is building a new international global network to develop ten million barrels per day of new oil production from conventional reserves that is profitable at today’s low oil prices. The company is a provider of world leading hydroconversion fixed bed technology for upstream and downstream oil and gas industry. The company is also working with a top Chinese policy bank and Chinese companies to provide, project financing, drilling, production, and processing services to the oil and gas industry. Through these partnerships and strong financial backing, Genoil can supply the oil industry with a full range of products and services, from exploration through production, solutions for hydrocarbon development and recovery, upgrading and environmental protections services.
In February 2018, CAP Energy entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Genoil Inc to jointly explore strategic oil and gas opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa. Genoil Inc is a Canadian publicly listed technology, exploration and development company, with operations in China and Russia, and whose proprietary technologies include an innovative clean technology that is able to convert heavy crude oil into light crude oil. Genoil is partnered with Anton Oilfield Services Group, headquartered in Beijing and who is a leading private Chinese oil field services company.
